Dark millefiori, produced in the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, is a honey with a notable presence of chestnut nectar. In fact, the bitterness of this nectar stands out on the palate, but is immediately dampened by the sweetness of the other nectars present.
We produce our honey from the Oltrepò Pavese in the municipality of Ponte Nizza, near the hermitage of Sant'Alberto di Butrio.
