The wildflowers of the Po Valley can have intense odors. Amber in color, it crystallizes quickly. It is produced by the natural mixing of the nectar collected by bees inside the hive. There is, therefore, no pre-eminent floral typology, but flavors and characteristics of various types of flowers can be found. It is easy to understand, therefore, how this honey is very linked to the territory in which it is produced, as it defines it in every way.
Our wildflower honey is produced in the lower Oltrepò Pavia area, within the marshland park of the municipality of Lungavilla.

The wildflowers in the plains are often characterized by the presence of dandelion, rapeseed, willows, cherry trees and pruni, from lime and ailanto if produced in the most anthropized areas, from honeydew, from nectars of ornamental or weedy plants, such as ivy, Canadian vine and sicyos.
